Stalkers

| | Comments (3)

I was walking back to my car after class when I noticed a car following me. Well, following alongside me. I smiled to myself, instead of getting paranoid, because I knew exactly what they were doing.
I suppose this is a natural progression from the standard method of just circling around the parking lot waiting for a spot to open up. Nevertheless, it's still quite creepy. I can't really say much against it, because I would do it too if I was a lazy-ass bastard (which I happen to be).

Newton and the Internet

I finally have a relatively good browser for my Newton. That browser's name happens to be Newtscape.
You might be saying why I should be bothering. Hell, the Newton 2100 is already over eight years old. Some might say that its time has come and then gone quite a while ago. I say nay to you.
The mere fact that I can get on the Intarweb with my Newton is more than enough of a reason to keep it around. Thus, that is the reason why I got Newtscape.
For reviewing's sake, its quite a bit better than the Courier browser I was using earlier. Not as quick, but better overall.

I would talk more, but I just feel like sitting here and listening to some music. I may write in my journal in a bit. I may not. Who knows?

I happened to come upon a particularly nice tidbit of news today. This caused me stare in amazement and laugh joyfully.
Well, if you want to share in my jolly good mood, just head on over to this link (provided by CNN).

I just got back from a trip to the beach but a few hours ago. I have to say that I'm glad to be back home.
It sucks that I have to wake up early for classes tomorrow. Ughhh. I ever do hate having to wake up so early. I actually do like waking up early, to be fair. I hate having to go somewhere not long after I wake up. Its quite annoying and bothersome.
   Just a update of things...

CD and DVD labels, Oh my

| | Comments (2)
I recently went off to Wal-Mart (Evil but with good prices) to get some much needed supplies. Also, I was looking for a DVD/CD labeler thing.
I was getting tired of just simply writing the names of what was on them onto the disks. I would much prefer putting some fancy/useless graphic on there.
Of course, when I managed to get ahold of the 'kit' the software that was included was Windows only.
Sad that us Mac users are still discriminated against these days. It's not like it mattered, though. I simple opened up Illustrator and worked up my own little template.
Back on topic, the results from the labels seems to be quite adequate. The labels themselves are good but my printer still needs a new cartridge.
   By the power of Thomas.

Classes and books...

| | Comments (3)

Damn, college classes and the expensive-ass books you are sometimes required to get. Sadly, I was unable to get a book today as it was slightly more than I have on me. No need to worry, though, as I can request a "Dad check" to help boost up my finances enough to finish up buying my books for classes.
Is it me, or do my entries usually look like some random sentences that just happeded to get mashed together into some pitiful semblance of a line of thought. Me don't think good...
