I was always angry with Netflix because they only have 3/4th of the series on their Watch Now service. I don't know why. Nevertheless, I already have the last 3 discs (that I haven't seen) on my watch list. Sadly, because I have the cheapest service avaliable, it will take a month and a half to get 'em all. That sucks.
I suppose it is good in a way. It will help limit how much I can watch at one time. Knowing me, I would probably be done watching all of it in a couple of days. Then I would be left without anything else to watch. That would be bad. Bad indeed.
Hmm. That's 'bout it for now, friend.
I coulnd't help it. I was bored and wished for some stuff to watch. Thus, I got back onto Netflix.
My first DVD, which arrived yesterday, was volume 1 of .Hack/Roots. I have to say that so far it is quite entertaining. Mind you, that's about all I can say since I've only watched about two episodes so far. I do hope that is turns out to be 'good'.

What prompted me to try it was that I got tired of there being crap all at the local video rental stores. No, I didn't want the recent crap release. I wanted what I wanted to watch, Damnit!
Of course, I looked around at other options. One such service that I looked at was RentAnime. But, once I began to think about it, what would happen if I wanted to get something other than anime. Maybe, I wanted to watch one of my favorite samurai flicks. What would I do then? That striked RentAnime off of my things to try out.
The second choice was to simple buy what I wanted to watch. Ha ha ha. That marked that one off the list too.
Then, I came to my last option (Yea, I didn't research too many choices). Netflix was pretty much what I had long decided upon, in truth. It simply had good reviews and everything else on its side. Plus, they had any anime series I wanted to watch. I jumped up and shouted for joy. I had found what I wanted. After a quick check in my bank account to see if I had the money, I went ahead and signed myself up.
I haven't looked back since.
Bubu and me watched the uncut edition of Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind that she got for her birthday. It was damn good. I especially like the new voice actors for the dubbed version, such as Patrick Stewart.
I was watching the Original Japanese Storyboard, that comes as the special feature, until I realized that it was the entire movie, just in storyboard form. I realized this about 5 minutes into watching that. Still neat though.
Yep, that's right. I've restarted work on redesigning TM-ANIME and getting it up to par with my expectations. Traffic for it while no where near what it used to be, is still amazingly high.
I've decided that a good 'ole fasioned 'banner-at-top-menu-on-the-left' design is the easiest way to go. Nothing like the ill-fated but good design of TM-ANIME v2. It was a nice one but some people couldn't find the damn site navigation menu. Ughh.
I should the design ready in a day or two even with me juggling it with writing a paper for class too.
